All persons engaged at Regulated Agents, actively involved in processing goods at Regulated Agents, all security managers / deputy security managers employed at Regulated Agents and all drivers employed or contracted by Known Consignors and Regulated Agents are required to receive the appropriate level of Air Cargo Security training commensurate with their duties under the following categories:

Module 1: Basic Awareness Training

This module is applicable to:

All staff who hold an Airside Airport Identification Card (AIC) or a Crew Identification card and all staff employed by airport operators (including staff working in the retail outlets), aircraft operators, catering, cleaning and cargo companies and any other agencies including handling agent personnel operating on their behalf who may or may not be directly engaged in aviation security tasks but require airside access.

Duration: 2 ½ Hours (Module 1 - Airside Access).

Module 7:

This module is applicable to:

Staff engaged in the loading/unloading and handling of hold baggage and cargo on a passenger and all cargo aircraft.

Duration: 5 Hours - (Modules 1 and 7).
Modules 11 and 11A:

This module is applicable to:

Staff involved in implementing security controls for cargo and mail other than screening or having access to identifiable air cargo/ mail (Includes those staff directly involved in the handling/preparation of air cargo and/or those involved in the preparation/checking of paper work) If staff hold an Airside Identification Card (AIC) they must also receive Module 1 training.

Duration: 3½ Hours - (Modules 11 and 11A).
Duration: 6 Hours - Airside Access (Modules 1 and 11)
Modules 12:

This module is applicable to:

Drivers engaged in the transport of air cargo. If staff hold an Airside Identification Card (AIC) they must also receive Module 1 training.

Duration: 3 Hours - (Modules 12).
Duration: 5½ Hours - Airside Access (Modules 1 and 12)

Modules 13:

This module is applicable to:

Security Mangers and Deputy Security Managers with responsibilities.

Modules 13A In Cargo or Non Cargo Areas:

This module is applicable to:

(Must also attend Module 11/11A) For Cargo Security/Deputy Security Managers Modules 11/11A & 13/13A, plus Module 12 is also required if the company has it’s own transport department (vans/trucks). If staff hold an AIC they must also receive Module 1 training.

Duration: 7 Hours (3 ½ - Mod 11 + 3 ½ Mod 13 = 7 hours)
Duration: 5 hours (3 ½ - Mod 11A + 1 ½ Mod 13A = 5 hours)

All course fees must be paid in advance. Payment can be made by Direct Debit or Cheque: –
Cheques made payable to Translogic Limited.
A cancellation fee (100%) of the course fee will be applied to cancellations made less than 1 week before start of the course.
